Sarah Sambou set up The Property PA over a year ago, she wanted to be in control of her own life and career. Being a mum she wanted the best of both worlds, a rewarding career that paid well and time to spend with the children, being there for them as they needed her. This was difficult when working for someone else, working to someone else’s agenda, and working hard to build their business for them.
Being an expert within the property space, Sarah saw a gap in the market. Landlords often required more support than an estate agent offered. Often, help is needed with the admin of managing properties, the landlord remains in control but for tasks they don’t have time for - they can pass on.
From this, The Property PA was born!
Starting off working with just a laptop at home, soon getting a virtual office package with us at our Leigh Road office. Sarah then saw the benefit of working in the coworking space, meeting like-minded people who could help and support her with her business. If she has an issue or question about her website, there was someone to help. When she had an idea there was someone interested to listen.
Sarah grew her business month on month and is a great inspiration to us all. From getting a virtual office address to then taking a coffee lounge membership, we are excited that Sarah has now taken The Property PA to a prominent London Road location! She now has her own office and frontage. A real success story!
