space282 is a co-working office in Leigh-on-sea, offering flexible working space for local businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs.
We offer a variety of services including; Registered business address, meeting room hire and event/workshop space.
We are currently looking for an Administrator to assist running the office, duties include:
- Telephone Answering
- Setting up meeting room
- Taking bookings for desk hire online and over the phone
- Meet and greet to customers
- Ensuring all equipment is workings and operational
- Social Media Management
- Printing, photocopying and delivering post
- Managing several diaries
- Assisting Director in PA duties
- Stock take and ordering
- Keeping office tidy
This is a varied exciting role and we are looking for a confident and energetic person to take on the role. The ideal candidate will be well presented and have good spoken English. It is a role that requires use of initiative and the ability to work alone.
This is a great opportunity to learn many online applications including; Xero (accountancy tool) Hootsuite (social Media Management) Squarespace Website design, Facebook for Business.
Full Training will be given along side learning and gaining the Business Administration qualification, this is in conjunction with our learning provider. The programme will last between 12-18 months and there will be the opportunity of a role within the company at the end of the programme depending on the applicant.
Payment is inline with the National Apprenticeship Wages more details can be found here
