Covid-19 Measures

As a business we have put measures in place across our sites to protect our members;

  • Hand sanitiser upon entrance and exit to the building

  • Only ONE person at coffee machine or kitchen area at a time

  • Antibacterial wipes to be used on surfaces after use

  • Reduced number of desks for co-working

  • Within co-working areas desks are spaced allowing two meters between each desk.

  • Screens are in place or desks against walls in co-working areas

  • Single person private offices are available to hire by the day or month

  • Meeting rooms are available to hire as a private office space

  • All spaces cleaned daily

  • Private offices are accessible 24/7 to allow for flexible working practices

We ask our members to follow guidelines below;

  • Use the hand sanitiser provided to protect you and others

  • Do not come to our sites if you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms

  • Wipe surfaces in communal areas with the wipes provided after use

  • Do not use kitchen area or coffee machine if another person is using it

  • Keep a 2 meter distance from other members where possible

  • If possible in private offices use your private access during office hours

  • Please discuss with reception if you require out of normal hours building access

  • If hiring a desk or meeting room, do this in advance via the website, do not use the space without booking
